so far we're ok here, i haven't heard of any shortage as of yet. you can always try the asian supermarkets - that is where we buy our rice :)

Hi Rhea,

I am just wondering, How is the rice situation there in Canada? Are you guys experiencing shortage? I went to Sams and Costco, price of rice went up 50% and there is a limit of how much you can buy (limit to four bags per visit}. As for basmati rice which I had been using for years has gone kaput, nada not even one single bag. If you haven't stock up yet, I think you should run to the supermarket now.
